Your oak framed buildings traditionally can last for decades. In fact historically oak framed buildings can even last for well over a hundred years! You will find that oak requires little or no maintenance, so you can expect your building to last as well as any stone or brick built building.

Our oak framed buildings are durable against rot and infestation and we would not expect them to require any special treatments. In addition, all softwood supplied by us is pressure treated against both rot and infestation.

Yes you can. Our upper floor buildings use timbers to support an upper floor. This is the perfect way to add storage space to garages or even a home office of annexe.
