Additionally, you can incorporate an external staircase for easy access to upper levels, enhancing both functionality and aesthetics. When you’re ready to move forward, simply reach out to us for a formal quote tailored to your project. Once your order is confirmed, we offer flexible staged payment options to help manage your budget, with payments spread out over the course of the build.

If you’d like your oak frame delivered, we can provide a delivery quote based on your location and requirements. Our delivery service is designed to ensure your frame arrives safely and on time. Alternatively, if you prefer to collect your frame, arrangements can easily be made for pickup directly from our Mill in the picturesque New Forest, where you can see the craftsmanship up close.

Your oak frame kit will be carefully prepared and ready for collection or delivery, complete with comprehensive assembly instructions to guide you through each step of the building process. We ensure that every part is clearly labelled and easy to follow, making the assembly as straightforward as possible.

Throughout your project, our friendly and knowledgeable team is available to assist you with any questions or concerns. Whether it’s technical advice or practical guidance, we’re here to support you at every stage of the build, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

In addition, we can provide engineering calculations for your oak frame, available upon request at no extra cost. These calculations are professionally prepared and fully compliant with building regulations, making them ready for submission to your local authorities as part of the approval process.
