What is included?
Our framed, ledged and braced traditional garage and external pedestrian doors are also constructed from softwood and oak-stained to match the rest of our range. Pedestrian doors are available with or without a frame and threshold.
What is not included?
The kit does not include assembly, any groundwork's, bricks or roof covering materials (felt, battens and tiles). Delivery charges are also extra, and will be based on post code. If you want to arrange to collect your building, that is no problem.

Softwood single window with opening sash, stained in oak to match the rest of our joinery range. Overall size is 631mm wide and 1050mm high. Toughened double glazing is standard on all of our windows.

Roof Window
Standard centre-pivotting Velux roof light, but supplied without flashing kit.
Size is 550mm wide and 980mm high. Flashing kits are readily available from most builders merchants and must be matched to your chosen roof finish.

Dorma
This package includes pre-cut structural softwood timbers required to form the dormer, our standard softwood double window, our standard cladding for dormer cheeks and gable end, as well as oak barge boards to finish the gable.
